Erik looked around the catacombs of the old Opera House, one in which he had once lived. He sighed softly to himself, closing his eyes as the ghostly memories of the past seemed to run amuck in the stone halls, etc. This had once been the scene of his heart break, betrayal and anguish. Now he would hope it to become now a place of a new beginning, one filled with love and happiness. He walked to his old domain, taking his journey across the lake and walking amongst the remains of his life here. He searched for something, something he had bought once to give to the woman he cherished and loved, who shared the same with him. It was his object of symbolism of a bright and happy future. Now that he thought of it, he not once had thought of giving it to that singer who broke him. A smile came to his face as he was glad he hadn't. Now it would, forever, be Rayne's. Sooner or later he found what he had been looking for and made his way towards the old stage, standing in the middle of it. It was here he would await Rayne, after all he had left her a note stating that he had a surprise for her here. It was a surprise, only reserved for her.

Rayne had gotten home from the court to find her beloved vampire boyfriend gone, and a not in his place. She red it and raised an eyebrow. Even she knew of his harsh past at the place he had asked her to go too. Faintly she was worried abount what was going on. She slipped on a nice black cocktail dress and pulled her hair back before appearing at the doors of the old Opera House. She slowly opened the door and stepped inside, closing the door behind her. "Erik?" Rayne called out softly, wondering where exactly he was suppose to be. Her eyes glanced around in the dark as she wondered farther into the Opera House, looking for him in the darkness.

When he heard Rayne call his name, he felt himself smile. He thought a moment and then smirked, perhaps alittle more fun with her couldn't hurt.
"Flattering Child, You shall know me.. See why in shadow I'd Hide.. Look at yourself to the stage... I am here.. inside".

So sudden was Erik's angelic voice that it made Rayne jump. Her eyes wondered straight to the stage where she saw the man she loved so deeply. She smiled and slowly, elegantly walked toward the stage. She took a breath then parted her lips, letting her voice reverberate through the bowls of the Opera House.
"Angel of Music, Guide and guardian, Grant to me your glory.
Angel of Music, Hide no longer. Come to me, strange Angel..."
She walked up onto the stage, walking toward him, a beautiful and loving smile gracing her lips

Erik had to smile brightly and he walked towards her, holding out his hand.
"I am your Angel of Music, Come to your Angel of Music".
He soon stood before her, smiling at her as he knew she would take her hand. The song was an old memory, but now it was a good one.
"I'm glad to see you my love".

Rayne too her beloved's outstretch hand, bringing herself close to him. She kissed his lips deeply then pulled back and smiles bright, "I have missed you as well my dearest love." She moved her hands, wrapping her arms around his neck and resting her head against his chest. "How are you my love?" She asked softly, still wondering why he had asked her to come to this place.

Erik smiled and brought her close to him, kissing her back and then her head as she laid her head on his chest. He let out a contented sigh and looked down at her.
"I am perfectly good. Though I have a confession to admit, I have have a surprise for you on the roof".

She looked at him curiously, "A surprise?" She asked softly, turning her head to one side. Her mind began to wonder what wonderful surprise he could possibly have in store for her. After all, surprised with Erik were never second best that was for sure. "Well then my love, do show me." She said softly, kissing him yet again

Erik smiled and kissed her back, then he picked her up and whisked her away, carrying her up the steps, taking a path he hadn't taken in a while towards the roof. When the door opened, memories came flooding to his mind, but he cast them away. He let her down and then lead her by the hand to a spot where gargoyles stood for protection, but where all of Paris was beautifully seen.
"Now my love, I'm afraid you have a choice, have your surprise now? or after dinner?"

She smiled as he lead her by the hand. She could almost taste the horrid memories that rolled from him, but choose to ignore it because she got the feeling that he wanted tonight to be a happy occasion. When he asked her about her surprise she actually had to think about it, "Well I want my surprise but I'm also hungry." She muttered more to herself than Erik. It took several long moments before she said, "Eat first." Something in her gut told her that's what would be best

Erik nodded, but part of him pouted. He was wanting so bad to give her that surprise, but then again, it would perhaps be best. He smiled and kissed her hand, then lead her to a nice candle lit dinner on the ledge of the roof, but there where chairs for them to sit so that only the ledge was their table.. with the best view.

She smiles and sat down, making sure to keep her dress as wrinkle free as possible. She looked out over the city, admiring the view. It had been many years since Rayne took the time to just stand back and watch the world, admire its beauty, and enjoy its appearance.

Erik had pulled out her chair like a gentleman before sitting, then shifting and smiling as he placed a plate of abit bloody medium buffalo steak and mashed potatoes infront of her, then setting a plate of the same infront of him, pouring her a glass of red wine and blood mix, doing the same to him. He looked at her and grinned.
"I hope you like my cooking.. Oh and I know its not very french of me with this dish, but I thought you'd like it".

She grinned widely and began to eat her dinner. It tasted beyond delicious and she couldn't help but give him much praise and complements for the delicious and amazingly food that he prepared for her. "Its so wonderful, Erik!" She grinnned at him, cutting a piece and holding it to his mouth.

Erik smiled widely and then nodded, grinning as he took the bite and then did the same for her before he continues to eat, feeding her hear and there before he was finished. When he did he downed the rest of his 'wine' and looked at the skyline. He thought for a moment to go about this;Debating whether to sing or speak.
